They were harvested at optimal ripeness and flavour profile on April 5th at 22.5 brix. The juice was cool tank-fermented to accentuate its lively fresh fruity flavours. This delicious pale lemon-gold wine exudes peach, passionfruit and hints of lime, in a mouthfilling medium style with an appetisingly crisp and refreshing fruity finish.
